Registration FAQ
My ticket was never emailed to me! What now?
Don't panic! We have your ticket and you will not be prevented from attending Tekko. :) All you have to do is log into your eventeny account, here is a handy guide: https://help.eventeny.com/hc/en-us/articles/7267320496155-How-do-I-access-my-previously-purchased-tickets-
What if I need a refund?
Unfortunately, Tekko has a no refund policy for all badge purchases and all sales are final. However, if you are unable to attend Tekko due to unforeseen circumstances, you can transfer your badge to someone else up to a week prior to the show starting. Please contact registration@pittjcs.org for details on how to transfer a badge.
Can I transfer my registration/badge to Tekko 2024 or another event?
No, registrations for Tekko 2023 are only valid for Tekko 2023 and cannot be transferred to another event however you can transfer to another person.
Are single day badges available?
No, Tekko does not offer single day however half price General Admission badges are available on Sunday while supplies last
What is Unlimited Bag Check?
During Tekko there will be a designated area for people to drop off their bags and other personal items for temporary storage throughout the day while you are enjoying the convention. By purchasing Unlimited Bag Check during registration you can make use of this throughout the weekend with no additional charge. Please note that unlimited bag check is already included with Premium and Rockstar badges.
Can I purchase a Premium or Rock Star Badge at the door?
A limited number of Premium and Rockstar Badges are sold and they are expected to sell out during pre-registration so we recommend that you pre-register if you would like a Premium or Rockstar badge.
Can I buy Tekko Merchandise Items separately?
Most items will be available for sale during Tekko at our Merch booth in the Expo Hall however some items will be available for pre-order only so if you see something you like pre-ordering when you purchase your badge is encouraged. Please note that the Rockstar T-Shirt is an exclusive perk for Rockstar Badge holders and will not be available for sale.
Can I register more than one individual at a time?
Yes! You may purchase up to ten tickets per transaction. If you are representing a group or organization of more than ten people, we recommend that you use Group Registration.

Will my badge be mailed to me?
Only Rockstar badges purchased before June 1st 2023 will be mailed to the address you provided during registration. If you have changed your address please update it before June 1st, 2023. What should I bring to Tekko in order to pick up my badge?
All you need to bring with you to Tekko to pick up your badge is your confirmation email! After you pre-register, you will receive a confirmation email with a QR code which will let our registration staff look up your information when you arrive. You can bring the email on your phone or print it out.
If you are planning on attending any 18+ content at Tekko, remember to bring your photo ID as well.
